These young people meet -once a mon- th In the Concept Center to learn about gardenlng through workshopsý which also ailow'them to use their ïcreative abilities. They bave also, been an asset in beautifying our local surroundings. Last sprinig they helped with the civic plânting in Brooklin and Whitby and also were responsible for the majority of foundation planting at Meadowcrest School. They wilîshortly- be planting some 300 bulbs in front of the Legion and tulip bulbs at Meadowcrest which wil give us a show y display next spring. Recently, there were 25 exhibits of "pine cone creatures"l from the Junior Garden Club in a flower show. Many of these are now on display at your lib rary and wiil remain there until November,13. Drop ini and seewhat a deligbtful job the children have done. The next workshop will be beld on November 13 for ages-six to'nine, and November 20 for ages 10,to 12.
