It appears very clearly that those who are comrnenting do not possess the actual facts surrounding the issue. 1 appreciate the fact there are some problems which have not been rectified in the North Ward and I appreciate the fact we have flot been provided with the facilities or services to justify our tax dollars. However, these issues have flot been ignored, they have been addressed and will be rectified. I arn a firm believer that there 15 a proper method of addressing problems and tryîng to provide a solution to them.
