The Ratepayers Association has been requestino a sidewalk along Kendalwood for several years. The new llghting helped, but stilI, to walk along that road, day or night, was dangerous. How dld we manage the sidewalk? No one seems to know for sure. I do know that two members of the Ratepayers executive lunched with the developer, Ed Hyde and sidewalks were discussed. From there the bail was tossed to Jim Gartshore for further negotiations. Whatever and whoever is responsibie, we thank you. People are using them already, its great. Capers Bail 1 goofed. Last week I forgot to mention that the Thornton Interested Parents group soid 7 tickets to oui' capers bail, netting their organization $70 for playground repairs.
