Otto Provenzano,. the manager of Brother's, offers the -fuit siate of Italian food. For a late night snack or a quick isupper for the kids the pizza here is not to be missed. In a word, they are beautifully done. The crust is not over- cooked and the menagerie of toppings available is a pizza- loyers delight. Their pasta dishes - ail done in the traditional 'aile dente' method - are also more than pleasing to the palate. Aside from the tradition spaghetti the fare also includes lasagna, ravioli, gnoc- chi, tortellini, rigatoni and, of. course, veal parmesan. Another item on their menu that shouldn't be missed is their Dancing to the sounds of Tony Berns, a one man five-piece band, will be the mainstay of the newly opened Otto's Down Under Lounge at Brother's Pizza in the Blair Park Plaza. Berns (at lef t, with guitar) wiIl play and sing weil known hits from the 1950's to the 1980's every Friday and Saturday night from 9 p.m. toi1 a.m. Otto's Down Under Lounge will offer bar privileges and finger food to complement its dance floor. These include lightly breaded mushroom caps, chicken fingers, breaded shrimps and the Iatest restaurant fad - chicken wings. Aside from the pizza, the most expensive item on Brother's menu is $6.95 making dinner for two with a bottie of wine an inexpensive proposition indeed. The Iatest innovation at Brother's is Otto's Down Under Lounge when every Friday and Saturday night there is entertainment and dan- cing to the sounds of Tony Berns who bils bimself as a one man five-piece band. Berns will perform well known bits from the 195's to the present.. Aside from the usual bar privileges, the lounge offers- finger foods to help keep people on the dance floor. For a truly excellent meal and a fine eveming of relaxing entertain- ment I heartily reeom- mend Brother's Pizza and Spaghetti House. Tutoring available- For a child with problems in school studies, there is help avallable. The Durham Region Family YMCA provides private and semi- private tutoring during the school year.
