Lunch started with a bowl of borcbt whicb chef Steve Ytowski makes with a kaîbasa stock to which he adds nice chunks of the sausage, potatoes, boiled eggs and onions. There is just the rigbt amount of sour creamn and spîces in the borcht to make it a soup loyers deligbt. Oh. by the way, the sbisb-ke-bobs - are Ukranian style, that is, pork done in a breading that is absolutely won- derful. So don't expect the Greek style wbich is full of chunks of beef and lamb alternated with pieces of pepper, onions and other vegetables. platter.
