Robin Thompson (lef t), of Whitby Toyota is seen here handing over the keys to a 1984 Toyota Starlet to Stan Durrant (right), head of the skills training department at Durham Coilege. Durrant says the college has about 75 students in their full time day program for apprentice mechanica and over 200 mechanics in their part-time evening courses. This car will be used to teach these people to repair advanced ignition and fuel delivery systems.
