But was I ever surprised. First of ail, it's bright and dlean. Secondly, the service is fast and friendly. Thirdly, and most im- portantly, the food is simply terrific. 1 had fish and chips for lunch and it was far superior to the fare you get at many specialized fish and chipshops. Other items on their menu are the traditional hamburgers, cheese burgers, steak on a kaiser, veal cutlet and onion rings. They also offer a widé variety of sandwiches including roast beef or corned beef on a kaiser, westerns among others. Submarine sandwiches are also featured here. While, 've yet to eat breakfast at the Fireplace, my lunch companion is there frequently for the first meal of the day. She says it is terrific and based on what I ate for lunch I'm willing 10 believe her. In fact, breakfast and lunch are often the busiest imes of the day at the Fireplace. If you go there to eat-in at those times of day, you may find it hard 10 get a table. "LooMks can be PHOTOCOPYING High quallty photocopylflq while you wait.
