SIn representative team play: The Eastway Plymouth Chrysler minor peewees fought to a 7-all tie with the Toronto Stingers. Scoring for Whitby were Rob Martin (2), Jeff Cove, Shawn Keogan, Derik Ellis and Matt Shearer. They then lost to Ajax 9-5. Scoring for Whitby were Greg Fawcett, Derîk Ellis and Justin Cardwell (3). The Peacock Sports and Crouch Collars minor bantanis now ad- vance ta the Ail Ontario finals after beating Welland in three straight games. They will now go on ta face Chathami in the finals. The Kristina Lee's atom squad downed Bowmanville 5-1 on goals by Jordi Johnston (2), Gord Plummer, Marlon Sookdeo and Geoff Cadan. The novice Hideaway squad won two out of three games in a tour- nament played recently. They downed Milton 4-O on goals by Wayne Primeau (3) and Chris Howell. Primeau then scored bath goals in their 2-1 defeat of Peterborough. However, they lost to North Bay 7-0 in the final game. In exhibition play, the novice tearn beat the Red Wings 9-3. Scoring were Primeau (5), Paul Dillon, Paul Brooks, Jim Brown and Powell. In house league play: NOVICE Brooklin Kinanien downed Double 'N' Fish and Chips 5-2 on goals by Andre (3) and Jeff Montaigue. Responding were Steven Biais and Brian Scott. Showcase Video defeated Whtby Mal Video 7-2 on goals by Darryl Hilton (3) and Sean Saunders (4). Answering were Brad Lee and Jeffery Brown.
