The dinner menu offers such temptations as champagne coquille St. Jacques (large mushroom caps stuffed with scailops, baby shrîmp, shredded crab meat ail topped with a cream sauce and parmesan cheese.) Other temptations include stuffed pork loin chops. The chops are butterf lied and stuffed with apples and spices before being baked to perfection.
