PAGE 8 WHITBYFREE PRESS, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 23, 1986, Obituaries CESAR SEBASTIAN < Cesar Sebastian of 922 Byron St.* N., Whitby, kdied on December 15, 1986, at Dr. J.O. Ruddy Hospital. He was in his 6 3rd year. He was born on Dec. 2, 1924, in Simla, India, son of Adophe Joseph and Amelia 1Josephine (D'Souza) Sebastian. . He married Annalise Sanders on Sept. 10, 1957. They lived in Pickering for four years and in Whitby for the past 20 years. Mr. Sebastian was of- fice manager for an ex- press company. He was a memnber of St. John the Evangelist Church;, Royal Canadian Legion and the Canadian National Institute for the Blind. He is survived by son Peter and daughter Christine, sister Vic- tonine and brothers Maurice, Remy and Leon of England and Denis of Scarborough. Mass of Christian burial was held at St. John the Evangelist Church on December 17, 1986. Cremation - followed. Contributions to CNIB. GOLDIE MARSHALL Goldie Elizabeth (Neilson) Marshall died at Toronto Western Hospital on December 15,-1986. She was born in Kingston, Ont., daughter of William and Jane Neilson, Sheý married Raymiond Mar- shall. She was an eider at St. Mark's United Church, Whitby and volunteer at Dr. J.O. Ruddy Hospital Auxiliary. She lived in Whitby since 1958 when she came from Scar' borough. She is survived by her husband, son Richard, and niece Jeanine (Mrs.' Gerard Balderson) of Kingston. The body lay in rest at the W.C. Town Funeral Home where cremation took place. A meinorial service was held at St. Mark's United Church, with Rev. Brian Gee. Interment in Groveside Cemetery. Donations to St.- Mark§s United Chur- ch. v LAURIE MCCULLOCH directs the transport of the Caleb Crawford house from Hopkins St. to Cullen Gardens and Miniature Village. Mayor Bob Attersley re cently, purchased the historic home from, the Polley fa'mily and he is donating it to Cullen Gardens. It is so strong the ice broke and the water is spreading over the world followed b part of Hudson Bay's water but it will he too late on JuIy 1, 1987 because we will be dead and others starting to drown and that's the bad news. Here is the good news. Some of Santa's elves are trying to stop the water from coming in by digging a big hole but oneti Santa's elves got blown away and haven't seen him since.
