This course is offered free of charge as a Christmas Seal service. It will run for seven con- secutive sessions during a four-week period on Tuesdays thereafter, and Thursdays from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Oshawa General Hospital (second floor (2C) gymnasium). This is a basic program, designed to give respiratory patients an introduction to self-help techniques which can improve your quality of day-to-day living.
