VICTIMS Beginning on Tuesday, March 10, the local Christmas Seal organization will hold a "Better Breathing" course for adults with respiratory disease. This course if offered free of charge as a Christ- mas Seal service. It will run for seven consecutive sessions during a four-week period on Tuesdays thereafter, and Thursdays from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Oshawa General Hospital (second floor (2C gymnasium). This is a basic program, designed to give respiratory patients an introduc- tion to self-help techniques which can improve your quality of day-to- day living.
