Free Press photo Johnson its top wrestler Brendon Johnson of the Whitby Optimists Wrestling organization (WOWO) was named most outstan- ding wrestler and Col. J.E.- Farewell was named most outstan- ding teamn during a wrestling meet held at the school last Wednesday. Johnson received the award as the most dominant wrestler in his category, 83 lbs., gaining 12 points against alibhis opponents. A total of six schools, including 54 wrestlers, competed at the meet hosted by WOWO. Chapelle and Bowie joined with second Ivadel Robertson and lead Earlene Gorman to emerge as run- ner-up. Second prize in the playoffs went to the rink of skip Jan Palmer, vice Elaine Forshaw, second Monica Duquette and lead Marion Sparrow. Runner-up was the rink of skip Mary Parks, vice Marlene Sh- aw, second Doris Anderson and lead Irene Thompson. The consolation prize went to the rink of skip Muriel Prosser, vice Janet Zimmerman, second Ivadel Robertson and lead Gail Holmes.
