It is Haiti that has the most need for the station, says Yearwood. Haiti, a country of 8,000 sq. miles and six million people needs the power the six generators can produce. In the past few years, rainfall in the country has been very sparse. So sparse that the level of water -in the country's reservoirs is reaching a dangerously 10w point at the hydro dams, according to year- wood.
