Sunday, June 21 the beginning of Senior Citizen Week. A special church service was held; a visit to the Renaissance Hotel to see "Bright, City Lights"; in the evening, a Father's Day steak bar- becue was also held. On June 24 the crowning of the Sunnycrest King and Queen at the annual family B.B.Q. and a visit from Whitby Mayor Bob Attersley brought lots of excitement. New Queen is Mary Napier and King A visit to the Oshawa Legion on June 26 was the perfect ending to two fun-filled months. June 30 a dinner was held in ap- preciation for the work of volun- teers.
