The school is still flot allowed to be occupied until all conditions of the order have been fulfilled, in- cluding relocation of portables, an access road for emergency vehicles and the relocation of a hydro pole. But one parent said her child began attending classes last week. "'They (Quest) have filed a site plan agreement but there is stili no occupancy until all the conditions are fulfilled," said Wallace. The Town would have to do a final check on the premises before occupancy is allowed, hie added. Wallace could not say when that will be. A spokesperson for Quest was unavailable for comment. Quest was given permission to open in Brooklin in July.
