Stir in milk. Beat egg yoiks s lightiy; stir into, pan. Cook and stir over medium heat, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Chili until mixture mounds siightiy Nwhen dropped from a spoon. Beat egg whites until foaxny. Gradually beat in 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar; continue beating until stiff peaks. form. Beat whipping creamn until. stiff. Foid beaten egg whites and whipped creamn into chiiled chocolate mixture. Turn into 7-cup (1.75 L) mold or 2 (9-inch/23 cm) heart-shaped cake pans. Chili until set. Makes 7 cups (1.75L). Vanilla Sauce: Combine 2 tbsp (30m1) sugar,> 1 tbsp (15 nml) corn starch and 'a pinch of sait in small saucepan. Blend in 1-1/2 cups (375 ml) milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture cornes te a boil and thickens. Reduce heat; cook 1 minute longer. Beat small amount of bot mixture -into 1 egg yolk. Stir egg mixture back' into saucepan.
