Obituaries* IDA I. FALLOW Ida I.. Fallow, formerly of Whit- by, <ied'at the Extendicare Nursing Home in Oshawa on Februaryý 9, 198. She was 93. She was born on November 20, 1894, in New Richmond, Quebec, daughter of William'Budd and Christiana Glker. She married Allan Fallow on March 27, 1927, and moved to Whit- by in 1942. She was a member of St. Mark's United Church in Whitby. Mrs. Fallow is survived by'her daughter Jeanne Whyte (son-in-law John Whyte) and son Jim and grandchildren Alexandra, Betty and Yvonne and sister Helen of Sudbury. She was predèceased by, her husband, brothers Robert, Earle and- Gordon and sister Annie Young.1 The funeral was held from the Town Funeral Chapel on February 12, 1988, Rev. Brian Gee condue- ting. The public works departmnent informed committee that because the medical centre's parking lot charges 35 cents for. a haîf-hour of parking, people are parking their cars on Centre St. N., The departnient also notes that people who take the GO bus to work in Toronto also park on the ýstreet. Barlow told comnittee the church is not opposed te the Tneters. Councillor Marcel Brunelle also asked public works department ta consider the same action on Byron St. N. from Mary St. to St. John. He says motorista who take the GO bus are also parking their cars on that street.
