PAGE3,M1TYFE Liz Aruta The Denis O'Connor school attire was recently given a facelift in the forrn of turtlenecks and spirit wear. Thanks to our student athletic council, students no longer have to fear the effects of the cold winter weather ahead if they purchased a turtleneck with the DO'C logo. This new apparel is not only a great addition to the uniforni, but also a great way to stay warm. Our student council has also contributed to the school wardrobe through spirit wear. T-shirts, sweatshirts, jogging pants -and j anmer shorts, ail personally designed by the student with various decals and insignias,- have sold quickly and in great numbers. The profit these two councils have made will go towards further enhancement of school activities. On Friday, Nov. 25, Output Plus came to the Denis O'Connor gyrnnasium and presented a flourescent roadshow. Students wore their white spirit wear as requested by D.J. Johnny, who incidentally was the printer for the spirit wear. The dance was another-success. Our student counicil executive have done a great job thus far with these speciail events. We look forward to their Christmas formai. The Grade 12 and OAC students continue to stand out in their seri-formal dress due to the ongoing graduation photographs.
