On Oct. 11, Whitby council recommended tÉat the appli- cation file be closed after recoiving correspondence from Brennan. The extension of residential dovlopment was te bo on 5.9 hetrs(14.5 acres) of land. The arrangement belps te stop the spread of infection from group te group and also encourages peer group interaction and creativity. There is also a nursery program for pre-schoolers aged two and a haif and up. "But the children have to be potty train- ed," adds Shevcbuk. "The one thing that makes this nursery se special is that the staff really cares. This lends a faniily-oiented atmosphere to the centre that you don't flnd at some othor centres."
