Anna- Louise MacRae of Whitby died at Oshawa General Hospital on December 6, 1988:' She was born in Greenvale, Nova Scotia, daughter of Daniel and Bessie ( MacDonald) Macln- tosh. She married Atwood MacRae on June 12, 1943.' A resident of Whitby for 31 y ears, Mrs. MacRae was a mem- ber of St.-Marks United Church. She is survived by ber hus- band, daughter Linda, son Carl and da'ughter-in-lawv Carolyn, granddaughter Nicole and sisters Ethel Fraser, Grace Webster, Sophie Grant and brothers Alex and Henry. During World War II he served with the Royal Canadian Air Force and was discharged as a sergeant.
