Both events will take place in the parking lot at the Luther Vipond Arena on Winchester Rd. in Brooklin. Bicycles will be inspected, starting at 9 a.m., for road worthiness and safety features such as reflectors, ighting and brakes. .Minor repairs may be made to help upgrade the equipment.
