Owners Spiros Koutsoulianos and Jim Sklavos are Toronto natives, with prior experience managinq and working in, rec taurants in Toronto. "We opened in Whitby because someone we knew gave us an idea about this p lace. We looked at the potentialand I liked the area a lot," Koutsoulianos said. 'We are offring pizza, sub- marines, beverages and. salads and later on, we hope to expana to include lasagna, veal and pasta dishes," hie continued. Cold subs offered include assorted, ham, salami, spiced loaf, cheese, turkey and super varieties. Flot subs include roast beef, corned beef, and pizza. Sandwiches' offered include roast beef, corned beef, ham and cheese, salami and cheese. Pizza items include most of the usual toppings, pizzas offered in five sizes. Specialty pizzas are meat- loyers , vegetarian and Hawaiian, as welI as a rather interesting variety, Greek style, with feta cheese, tomnatoes, onions, green peppers and black olives. It is a busy plaza and there is nothing too close other than downtown. A lot of people have said this is just what -we needed," Hunt said.
