WHfl'Y FREE PRESS, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 30, 1989, PAGE 9 Youth group holdsl audiions for play fWhitby Courthouse Theatres Youth Group will hold auditions for their Christmnas show on Saturday, Sept. 16 and on Sunday, Sept. 17, from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on both days. Auditions will be held at the theatre in the Centennial building at 416 Centre St. S. in Whitby (stage door at rear). 'Wooster Without Wednesday,' a musical fantasy for children, written and directed by Ken H. Bond, has several singing roles for youth members aged 8-18. j One non-singing role will also be cast. Four males aged 10-18, four females aged 8-18, and one villain (maie) aged 14-18, are required. Musical director Myra White will select portions of the original music score, camposed by Ellen Imrie, for the singera to work with ;t auditions. Preiared music la not eurd 'Wooter Without Wednesday, produced by Garvin Parr, will be presented on Dec. 13 (seniors' night) and Dec. 14, 15,16 and 17.
