Lee Ann, 18, who has pre- viously won the contest h=a recorded and released an album. Jamie, 14, also noted for his skills in BrooklinlWhitby minor hockey, was second in t he maie class last year. For their 1989 first-place finishes, the brother and sister each won a recording session and cash prize. With brother Peter, they play in the Family Circle'band.
