Saudy R yre DurÃŽhýjn Regional *co Crime Stoppera and Durham Regional Polie are asladng: for the pui's help in solving an- arson which occurred in-Oshawa durIng tuhe earl7Y hours of Sept. 12 At abut 1:30 a.m., th4 Oshawa fire department was calleci to the parking lot behind 9 Quebec St. and found a- car had been set on fire. After extinguishing the flames, they determined that the fire had been deliberately set. A number of molotov ýcocktails were found underneath the car. Fortunately, the fire -departînent extinguished the flaTnes prior, to, the fire -getting out of control, but the car was a write-off. Several people were çen in the a rea prior to the'fir e. A re-enactinent of the fire will,.be showing on CITY-TV, (channel, 57, cable 7) on Thursda Oct. 5 duing the 6, p.m. and 10 p.m. news.
