Albert Futo cf Whitby has been charged with two counts of criniinal negligence causing bodily harm. The accident occurred at 1:57 a.m., when a vehicle going west- bound on Dundas St. E. struck Pottinger's vehicle that was northboundon Thickson ]Rd. Pottinger's car went out cf control and into a parking lot at the northwest corner where it WOman in critical condition after choking Raili-Lea, Mansikka cf Whitby remains in critical condition at Oséhawa General Hospital after chokig on some stew ini her home May 12. Andrew Kelly of Ajax was the driver of a vehicle westbound on Victoria haîf a kilometre west of JefIgey St., when the deer ran on the road.
