Medals were presented to players and coaches from tyke, novice and peewee «A» teains. About 200 playew s, coaches, executives and faniiy members from aIl four teams were on hand for the presentations. Bantams beat Newinarket Whitby spotted Newmarket an eariy two-goai lead and then roared back for a 7-2 victory in miner bantam AA hockey on Oct. 12. Mark Vanderiip scored two goals for Whitby. Other scorers were Andre Marois, Paul Brooks, Derek Young, Myles Woodman and Paul Dillon. Newmarket led 2-0 after the first period but Whitby scored seven unanswered goals in the second and third periods. Assists went to Brooks, Jeif Montaigue, Gavin Tackney, Brian McRob:ert, Youn Dillon, Chris Arges and Stephen St. Amnand is coach cf the team, assisted by Woody Lee.
