Last Wednesday mring, mother Angela Laforg discovered her child unconscious in his crib, after stranln himself with a drawstring from a living room window blind. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CER) was applied to revive the child, with help from neighbours Jili Marot, Kerry Hughes and Bettine Comeau.
