At the samne time, Hawks pro- ved their unexpected win over Pickering for the LOSSA (Dur- ham) championship was no fluke. The Hawks started off' slow, allowing Markham te dominate the first haîf. The Marauders headed to the locker room with a 10-O lead under their belts. But coach Pat Pucknell's pep talk worked some magie and the Hawks came roaring back with a vengeance.
