Company president Bernard Blanc was in charge of the Ontario division of To er Float- in& Structures Ltd. of Vancouver, British Columbia, for three years in Whitby. He then helped established T- Float Docks Ltd. as a néw com- pany a year ago in Whitby, and became the only distributor of Topper products in the eastern Canadian and United States market. The flotation system uses recy- clod car tires, each one providing 150 Ibs. of flotation. Blanc says the company recommends one float for ever seven square feet of dock. which produces about 14 inches of dis- tance fromthe top of the water to the top of the deck.
