business news 'Staying on Top' events orgamzed To celebrate the contribution of small businesses to the economy, the Federal Business Devlopment Bank and the Canadian Chaniber of Commerce organized the 14th annual Smafl Business Week from Oct. 24 te, 30. This year's theme, 'Challenge and Change -- Staying on Top,' focuses on how small businesses can stay ahead of competitors, captalize on tchnological change and make quality customer service a priority. A wide range of events are being organized, such as workshops, trade shows, business luncheons and conferences for entrepreneurs.
