After falling behind 1-0 early in the first period, Kyle Ruttan tied it up for Whitbom game remained tied until the third period when Miko Astalos took a perfect pass froin Gary K(itamura on a two-n-one and put it into the top corner for the winner. In the. second game, Whitby faced Markham and ;kated tW a convincing 4-1 win, with goals scored by David Bosco, Kitarnura, Sean Holmes and Mike Kobrynovich.
