Two employees from the Town and OLOCA will jointly chair the committee. There wiIl bo an additional two staff members from Whitby and one froni CLOCA, as welI as one each from'Durham Region, the Ontario Ministry of Environment and Energyand the Ontario MinistryofNatural Resources. In addition to the six public members, the three current land- owners (the province, the Rose Corporation and Dr. George Jaciw of Whitby) will bo repre- sented'on the committee. The Iandowners will only sit on the conunittee during the construction phase. Once that has been completed they will bo replaced by three more citizen appointments. Durham's public and separate school boards w*ill also be repre- sented when the three schools ilanned for the developinent are opened.
