Durham Rest Home (formerly Pugsley Manor) has been up for Sale since the spring of 1993 and is now listed with a different real estate agency. Manulife Financial, which owns the building at 425 Dundas St. E.,. gave the listing te W. Frank Real Estate Ltd. earlier this year after the first realtor was unsuccessful in selling the house. «I tbink they decided they would rather go with a local firm " said agent Anna Ouyang of W'. Frank. (The bouse was previously listed with Countrywide Gener- ations Realty in Toronto.)
