Owners of Family Kartway Amusement Park on Highway 12 have asked the Ontario Munici- pal Board (0MB) te reject a zoning bylaw approved by Town council last July. The bylaw would allow the Durham separate schooi board to build the school on the northeast corner of Taunton Road and Highway 12 (Breck Street).
