BROOKLIN}~ Kids' ski program offered Applications are now being accepted for the Optimist Club of Brooklin instructiontil Ski progam at Dgar SiRsort. The program, will cover a nine-week period, starting Saturday, Jan. 7. This is the sixth year the club has sponsored the skiLprogram. Zach year the club runs the program for 25 children aged 8 to 12 who have not proviously had the opportuntytoaski. A $50 registration fee (payable on acceptance) covers ail rentaI fees, lift tickets and six hours of ski lessons during the prograin. Children wishing te take part must write a letter te the Optimist Club, explaining why they would like te ho acceptod inte the program, by Dec. 14.
