The festival, with the theme «'Human Creation,' begins wi*th a reception Friday eve, -Feb. 17, at the Caribbean Cultural Centre, 600 Wentworth St., Oshawa. There will be an African dance, (Canadian) native drummers, European Folklore oentred on the Creation theme, universal to humankind. The program goes to 10:30 p.m. On Saturday, Feb. 18, at Caribbean CulturalCentre, there. will be workshops presented by experts in Afican music and movement, adult storytelling, Canadian native awareness, concert blend of cultiural dance, music, folkc atonies and folksong, arts and crafts exhibits.- On Sunday, Feb. 19, there will be a workshop on pre senting children's. stories and a choral concert of sacred and gospel MUSIC.
