He had been in failingq health, for a number of years. omn in New Brunswick on Ma 15, 1923, came f0 Ontario in 193and worked at the Whitby Dunlop and Firestone Co. for 27 ears. A veteran of the second ordWar serving in the U.K., ltaly and Europe. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #112, Whitby for 17 years. Mr. Murray is survived by his wife, Myrtle two sons Danny, at home, major William, and his wife Janice. Grandchildrèn Trevor, and Tracyof Almonte, one sister, Mrs . rnez Moye, N.B: Mr. Murray was at W.C. Towne' Funeral Chapel, Whitby. A Legion service was' heId Wednesday evening in his honour. The funeral service was held May 25, 1995 followed by interment in Groveside Cemetary, Brooklin. The preferred alternative is ta construct the sub-trunk sanitary sewer on easements, northerly from Vipond Road adjacent to the west side of the Lynde Creek Valley and then easterly to Way Street. These works wviIl provide the necessary sanitary sewer service for the existing residential development aîong Way Street, between Price Street. and Columbus Road, and new development .in the northwest area of Broolin.
