Boy charged with arson Police charged a J.2-year-old Mary Street East boy with mischief over $5,000 and two counta of arson after someone lit a lire at an abandoned warehouse. Leaves and rubbish in a window well at the north end of the 205 John St. E. building were doused with a flammable substance and set ablaze late Friday afternoon, police say.
