He was 92. A son of the lato Reuben Phillips and Mlargaret Packston, he was born in Toronto on Dec. 1, 1902. Mr. Phillipe ta survived by hi. wife, Edith, and sisters Irene MlacAllister, Evelyn Byworth and Maijorie Croft (and her husband Bert). One son, Elwood Douglas Phillipe, died before 1dm. Mr. Phillipe was at the W.C. Town/Funeral Chapel, Whitby, where Rev. Christopher White conducted the funeral service on Sept. 11, 1995, followed by interment in Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Weston.
