OBIIJAYJ WlLIAM WATSN William (Bill) Watson Sr. of Whitby died on Mnday, Oct. 16, 1995 at Whitby General Hospital. Ho was 65. Ho was born in Toronto on Dec. 21, 1929, son of James A. and Lilian (Tomlin) Watson. Ho married Lilian Florence McNeil on July 17, 1954 in Misissauga. Mr. Watson was retired after working as a meat-cutter at' Miracle Food-Mart. Ho was a longime member of Whitby Minor Lacrosse, and manager of the Whitby team that won' the Canadian peewee championship in 1972. Ro is survived by bis wife, sons Mark (and bis wife Karen), Mike (and hie wife Bonny), Jim and Bill Jr. (and hie wife Dawn Marie); grandchildren Jennifer, Bradley, Christine, Cameron and Farren; sister Mary Stinson (and her husband Bihl). The funeral was held on Oct. 19 at W.C. Town Funeral Chapel, Wbitby, Rev. Ron Sharp conducting.
