The Study is located -in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Township of Brock. This study is the prelimidnary step before detail design is initiated. During the next stage of the study, an En 'vironmental Study Report (ESR) documenting the anticipated effecs of the project and the corresponding miitigation measures will b e prepared and submitted to the Ministry of Environent and Energy (MOEE) for public review. Public Information Centres occuring at key points in the study will provide an opportunity for thepublic to provide input and discuss the project with representatives of the Study Team. TMe first information centre is expected to be held in April 1996. Advertisements in local newpapers wiil announce the dates and locations for the Public Information Centres. Brochures and individual notices will be distributed to residents and property owners within the study area and those requesting to be placed on a mailing list.
