CoMfort Cottag home« care operator seeks rezoning By Milce Kowalokj More than two years after opening her business, the owner of a Whitby home care facility wants to make it legal. A rezoning application bas been subritted by Dorothy Hachie to permit continued operation of the faciiity at 1005 Dunlop St. E.'
