The Durham Region Squash League is composed of 40 of the best squash players in the region. Squash is played in an en- closed roomn which resein- hies a large white box. In squash, as in other requet sports, the bail can not bounce on the floor more than once but unlike sports such as tennis the opponent not only has to watch for halls bouncing from the floor but also from the four walls. The idea of the game is to hit the bail in the opposite direction of your opponent thus forcing hlm to run around the court chasing the houncing piece of rubher.
