Upon arrivai a man fromn the region told Mrs. Mary DeHart that they couidn't pump the water out and that they wouid just have to let it drain out of it's own accord. The problim with the pump was cieared up around 9 a.m. and the water began to drain. DeHart said that they had a similar problem nine years ago. At that time they added two new pumps. "'They've got two mothers but they don't keep proper maintenance on them," said DeHart.
