A black and white photograph of the Merryweather steam fire engine and a crowd of people on Brock Street north of Dundas. In the background are a telegraph and ticket office and W.E. O'Brien's photograph gallery on the west side of Brock Street.
Notes
This photograph was likely taken at the time of the Gross and Grainger hardward store fire on Brock Street South in June 1901 by a visiting cyclist from Oshawa.
