I grew up in this home. On both sides of the front entry you will notice a trellis with vines growing up to the second story windows. We called this the 'Dutchmen's Pipe' and this same vine grew well into the 1980s. As children we would conceal ourselves in the large lush leaves when playing hide and seek.
