I was searching the web about Brooklin Ontario, my father's home town - where he was born in 1928 and grew up.
I believe that the Art Elliott shown in this picture is my Grandfather, Arthur Elliott, and the Mrs. Elliott would be his second wife, my dad's stepmother, Mabel Elliott. My father is William Robert Elliott and his mother was Jennie Elliott. His mother died in the early 30's. She was a 'Brooks' before marrying my grandfather. I have many of my grandfathers and great grandfathers diaries from the 1920's to my grandfathers death in 1962. It details a lot about the Brooklin area and is a great history lesson!!
