- Notes
- St. Thomas Anglican Church building was located at 101 Winchester Road East. It was built in 1869 on the south east corner of Anderson Street and Winchester Road. At the time, Rev. Derwyn T. Owen, Archbishop of Toronto, dedicated a number of memorials on Sept. 24, 1939.

- On the back is the inscription: "Presented to St. Thomas by Fred W. Browne -- Sept. 1939."
